International expert Adrian Reed shares practical Business Analysis tips

'Avoid the Dark Dead-Ended Rabbit Holes' was the advice given at the latest Business Analyst Network event on the Isle of Man.

Sponsored and hosted by PDMS at our office, the event saw fifty local Business Analysts (BAs) enjoy an enlightening presentation by Adrian Reed, an international speaker, consultant and author on topics relating to business analysis.

The informative discussion entitled “Avoid the Dark Dead-Ended Rabbit Holes: A Thin Slice of Problem Analysis” reflected on examples of projects-gone-bad and how developing a Project Concept Summary can help reduce the risk of providing an expensive wrong solution. Following which attendees had the opportunity to network over canapés and drinks.
