Efforts to support accessibility
In line with current European, UK and Isle of Man regulations and guidance around digital accessibility, PDMS takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Accessibility is part of our ongoing commitment to all of our customers, website and system users
- We conduct regular checks on random pages of this website to assess the level of compliance against the standard referenced below.

Partially conformant. Some pages of the website may not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
Known accessibility issues
We carried out an accessibility review in November 2020 and have made many improvements to the website as a result. Users with certain disabilities or using certain technologies may still experience some issues. This is a description of known accessibility issues. Please contact us if you observe an issue that is not listed.
Colour contrast:
Due to the colour palette of our branding some pages contain text which may not meet minimum contrast ratios at smaller text sizes. We plan to develop a stylesheet switcher which will resolve this issue by providing a high contrast version of the website in the next 6 months.
Generic link text
Some pages contain links or buttons that do not specifically identify the link purpose. Our content editors are working to make these links more specific.
PDFs:
Some PDFs might be formatted in a way which makes them difficult to understand or access.
Form labels:
We currently use a third party tool on the contact form (Recaptcha) and this part of the page may have missing or incorrectly structured form labels and inputs.
