Last chance to apply for enhanced IOM Business Improvement Scheme

Manx businesses have until 31 March 2021 to apply for an enhanced grant as part of the Business Improvement Scheme. 

The Business Improvement Scheme (BIS) is backed by the Department for Enterprise and provides funding for Isle of Man businesses who are completing a business improvement project. For the areas of digital marketing, social media or website disciplines there is an enhanced grant of up to £10,000  for businesses but the deadline to apply for this support is 31st March. 

The benefits of the scheme are: 

  • Grant of 50% towards the cost of improvement projects in a wide range of disciplines
  • Maximum level of £10,000 per project for Digital Marketing/Social Media Consultancy and Website disciplines
  • The scheme not only provides financial assistance, but enables businesses to engage with a range of technical consultants to deliver the business improvement project
  • Includes a Business Advisory Service, fully funded by the Department
