Louise O'Leary

Louise is our Head of Sales, where she oversees a wide range of business development activities including  developing new business, account management and bid management. 

Louise joined PDMS in 2024 and she has a long track record in the technology sector, working for companies including Civica and Sopra Steria where she worked with a wide range of public sector clients. 

With a focus on helping clients with their digital transformation journeys and achieving successful outcomes whilst delivering business as usual, Louise thrives on client collaboration.

Louise has a BA in Communication Studies and an MSC in Communication & Information Management & User Centred Design.   In her spare time, Louise is busy looking after her horses.  She once lived in Alaska where a moose once sat in front of her front door preventing her from leaving her house for a whole day!
