Freya is our Analysis & Test Manager and is responsible for coaching and managing our experienced team of analysts whose work ranges from pre-sales to post-go-live support. She also works closely with developers and a variety of our end-users to produce innovative solutions to complex problems that ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
Freya joined PDMS in 2021 and has over ten years of technical experience including project management, product management, quality assurance and testing. This deep technical experience is invaluable to our global technology clients.
Freya is a self-confessed Disney enthusiast and firmly believes that Disney is one of the happiest places in the world. She also volunteers for Isle of Man charity Junior Achievement. Freya holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Exeter, a MSc in Information Systems and Management from the University of Warwick, is a Level 1 Scrum Master, PRINCE2 practitioner and holds the Foundation Certificate in AgilePM.
