PDMS celebrates the new year with four promotions

PDMS is delighted to start the New Year with the announcement of new promotions within the Isle of Man office.

Emma Quinn has been promoted from Senior Analyst to Lead Analyst. In her new role, Emma will lead and develop the analysis function at PDMS and will manage the business analyst and test analyst teams. With over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, Emma continues to develop her knowledge and apply her eye for detail across client projects.

PDMS will also be further strengthening its support services with the promotion of Andy Bourdillon from System Analyst to Lead Support Analyst. Andy holds a wealth of knowledge in ensuring the smooth running and integration of systems. Andy will oversee PDMS’ Support Analysts and continue to develop PDMS’ support services.

Judith Gore has also been promoted to the role of Office Manager. Judith joined PDMS in 2018 to manage reception, administration and travel duties. Judith’s impressive attention to detail and personal service to both internal and external client duties including demonstrated her capabilities above and beyond her daily responsibilities quickly taken on the office management as part of her role.

Before the end of 2018, PDMS also announced that Hannah Phillips took on a new role as Project Manager. Joining in 2014, Hannah has moved through the ranks at PDMS, from Support Analyst to Product Development Manager before stepping into the new challenge of Project Manager.
