PDMS continues to grow Isle of Man office

PDMS is delighted to announce that seven new starters have joined our expanding Isle of Man team.

Hazel Walsh, Sophie Allen, Rachael Kinrade, Vicky Megson, Andy Corlett, Jonathan Aschmann and Matthew Rowberry have all joined PDMS’ busy project delivery team. All seven have filled newly created roles following an increased demand for our digital consultancy services and solutions from both new and existing clients.

Hazel and Sophie are experienced Test Analysts who have joined our growing testing team. Hazel brings to PDMS testing and service improvement experience and being a highly creative individual, she has a keen interest in UI/UX and the design process. Sophie has a background in testing and product training and is passionate about continuous improvement.

Rachael has joined as a Business Analyst. She has an extensive technical background and will draw on her experience when working with clients to identify areas for process and transformational improvement. 

Vicky and Andy have joined our busy project management team. Andy has a wealth of IT experience, his extensive background includes software development, testing and analysis, providing him with a unique insight into the different areas of our project delivery team. Vicky is a highly experienced project manager and extensive experience in working in agile/waterfall, process improvement and managing change.    

Jonathan is our new Lead Developer. In this role he works closely with our solution architects and project teams using a variety of our technology stacks. He is an experienced back-end developer and has worked in South Africa, England and the Isle of Man.   

Matthew is a Front-End Developer and joins our Design and UX team. He works closely with our analysts, developers and UX designers to ensure that our projects meet our clients’ requirements and also deliver an excellent user experience.

Commenting on the new Isle of Man appointments, Charlotte Cain, Head of People and Culture at PDMS, said:

As we approach our 30th anniversary in 2023, we are proud to make seven such significant appointments in such a short space of time with Hazel, Sophie, Rachael, Vicky, Andy, Jonathan and Matthew joining the team. We are committed to continuing to grow our presence in both our Isle of Man Headquarters and in Glasgow. These seven appointments form a key part of our growth plans for 2022 and beyond as the demand for the services we offer continue to increase.
