PDMS are pleased to have worked with Manx Sport and Recreation (MSR) on the design and branding of their new website.

The website has been created to make it easier for users to find commonly requested information such as timetables and prices - whether it is single-court sports, exercise classes or pool-based sessions. PDMS also reviewed the legacy branding for the NSC, evolving and standardising the logo, typography and colour palette.

In addition, Gladstone Software has provided an online booking system for popular sessions in the National Sports Centre, which can be accessed from the new site. Following registration, customers will be able to book certain classes via the website.

Paul Bridson, Head of Sport and Recreation, commented:

‘We are always looking for ways to improve the service we offer to all our customers, and this new online booking facility is proof that we are doing just that. It makes booking and payment as quick and easy as possible, with a new site that is also simple and intuitive. Regular and occasional users will find it easy to see the exercise class or court they want, and to check availability at the touch of a button. We are sure this is going to be another popular step forward as we strive to get more people, more active, more often.’

Graham Cregeen MHK, Minister for Education and Children, said:

‘I share Manx Sport and Recreation’s positive approach to this new development. I want to see our vision really come to life, and by making booking facilities even simpler than before this is another important step towards making this a reality.’
