PDMS partners with Canalix on case management solution

PDMS is delighted to announce that it has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Canalix to offer low-code advanced case management solution.

The Canalix Advanced Case Management solution is a low-code platform with a focus on usability. Secure and scalable, it provides comprehensive out-of-the-box capabilities and is highly configurable. 

Working with clients as their technology partner, PDMS helps to improve productivity and customer service through digital technology.  The Canalix solution compliments PDMS’ existing solutions and capabilities and provides a tried and tested solution where speed of delivery and flexibility to accommodate future changes are crucial factors.

Through the strategic partnership agreement, PDMS will work with clients to understand their business and processes and configure and implement the Canalix case management solution using agile processes.   Providing a complete end to end service, PDMS will also provide hosting, ongoing support and development and account management support.  This service will be backed up by support from the wider Canalix technical and business development team.

This approach is allowing customers to realise optimised efficiency improvements from digital transformation initiatives through innovative use of data and rules driven process automation combined with streamlining of human workflow and AI optimised task orchestration and resource utilisation.  Customers in the UK include Department of Environment, Food & Rural Affairs, the Planning Inspectorate and HMRC.  

PDMS is on several UK public sector frameworks and the Advanced Case Management solution can be sourced through the Crown Commercial Service’s Data Application and Solutions Framework.
