New Head of People & Culture at PDMS

PDMS is delighted to announce the appointment of Charlotte Cain as Head of People & Culture.

In this newly created role, Charlotte will work with PDMS’ Board of Directors to lead and evolve the people part of the business. She has overall responsibility for running the HR department, growing our teams and ensuring that PDMS remains an employer of choice in the Isle of Man and Glasgow.

Charlotte brings with her an impressive track record in Human Resources within the technology sector, having worked at several global tech companies. She holds the CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Management and a BSc (Hons) in International Management and Modern Languages from the University of Bath. Outside of work, Charlotte volunteers for Love Tech, an Isle of Man based charity that encourages young females to enter the traditionally male-dominated STEM sector.  

About her appointment, Charlotte said:

‘The team at PDMS have an excellent reputation and I am proud to join such a well-established company who have great ambitions for their future. Since joining, I have been made to feel very welcome and I have been impressed at the depth of expertise shown to me by our 80+ strong team.’
