New PDMS appointment in healthcare sector

PDMS is pleased to announce that it is strengthening its expertise in the health care sector with the appointment of Dean Fathers as an Independent Advisor

Dean will be working with the team at PDMS to identify opportunities to deliver digital innovation in the NHS and the wider health care sector.   

With over 20 years’ experience in the health care sector, Dean has operated at board level across the full spectrum of NHS services: primary, acute, mental health, community and authority wide. He held a non-executive chair position with Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, was previously chair of the United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust and took up an appointment on the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.

A commercial mentor on the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur’s programme, Dean also supports commercial health and care organisations through his role on the Board of the Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership, where he also Chairs their Health and Care Enterprise Committee.

In addition to his work in the NHS, Dean has held a portfolio career for over 25 years, combining senior roles across the commercial, executive education, and public sectors. A serial entrepreneur, Dean now focusses primarily on health and insurance related business that apply technologies to support health systems.

PDMS has worked with different organisations within the public sector and the NHS for over 20 years.  We are  currently developing innovative new approaches to person centric platforms - making it easier for healthcare providers to genuinely collaborate.
