Helen is our Service Team Manager and is responsible for managing our service team who ensure that our clients receive excellent support for the duration of a project and post-go-live. She has also been instrumental in implementing our ISO 27001 accreditation. 

Helen joined PDMS in 2005 as a Business Analyst and then in 2010 she took on the role of Project Manager working on major new business system developments and providing ongoing support. She has developed and leads our support team to make the most efficient use of PDMS' expert resources. 

Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is a qualified PRINCE2 project management practitioner and holds the ITIL Foundation Certificate in Service Management.
