PDMS appoints new Directors to Board

PDMS has appointed Neal Kelly, Joanne Pontee and Jayne Hartley to the Board of Directors. 

The refreshed Board formalises a number of changes as PDMS marks its 25th year in business in 2018. All three of the new Directors are all members of the company’s senior management team and have been with the company for between ten and twenty years each.

Jayne Hartley joined PDMS in 2012, with a master’s degree in Business Systems Analysis & Design from City University, London. Jayne is experienced in the industry after holding several senior positions in both software houses and the insurance sector. In her role as Production Director, Jayne is now responsible for overseeing all of PDMS’ software production and delivery across the company’s broad project and product portfolio.  Jayne ensures that all software delivery activities are sufficiently resourced and are performed within budget and timescale.

A Chartered Marketer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Joanne Pontee joined PDMS in 2001 following marketing roles both on and off the Island. As Marketing Director, Joanne leads the marketing team’s diverse activities across the company’s divisions which includes a variety of sectors from government through to transport and utilities. Joanne also oversees some of PDMS’ account management activities ensuring that PDMS continues to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Director of Operations, Neal Kelly, recently celebrated his 20th anniversary at PDMS. He originally joined the company in a customer support role and now has responsibility for managing PDMS’ internal infrastructure, internal business systems and the hosting services provided for clients.   His team's remit also includes procurement, disaster recovery, business continuity and security.  Neal recently oversaw PDMS’ successful project to achieve the UK Government’s Cyber Essentials Plus Certificate of Compliance.
