James Stevenson joins PDMS

PDMS is delighted to announce the appointment of James Stevenson as Head of Public Sector Sales. 

In this newly created role, James will be working with the senior leadership team to identify opportunities for PDMS to support Scottish public sector organisations in harnessing the potential of technology to improve public services.

James brings with him an impressive track record in managing multi-phased, multi-location IT contracts, digital transformation and tender management. He has previously held senior positions with a number of key public sector technology partners including Agilisys, Fujitsu, Sopra Steria and Northgate. An Electronic Engineer by trade, James holds a degree in business and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and BCS.

About his appointment, James said: 

'I became aware of the high-quality work PDMS were involved in while working at Scottish Enterprise. I have joined the team at a very exciting time for the business and look forward to connecting our solutions and services with clients across Scotland.'

Catriona Watt, Chief Commercial Officer added:

We have a highly capable team with great technical expertise and James builds upon this with his extensive business transformation experience and deep understanding of the Scottish market.'

PDMS has a long track record in Scotland - working with a range of clients including Skills Development Scotland, Shetland Islands Council, Transport Scotland, Fife Council and McAlpine. Our Glasgow-based team has doubled in size over the past eighteen months and covers a wide range of digital skills from business and testing analysts through to software developers and project managers.
