Helen is the manager of the recently formed PDMS support team, which has been set up as a centre of excellence to provide the best possible service and support for PDMS' clients.
Helen joined PDMS in 2005 to take up the position of Business Analyst, an area in which she has over 16 years experience. She moved to PDMS from the financial services sector where she acquired extensive expertise in business analysis and in particular, systems testing.
In 2010 Helen was promoted to the position of Project Manager and worked with many of our public sector clients, managing a number of major new business system developments. As those large new systems moved into ongoing support Helen identified an opportunity to potentially improve the way support is handled at PDMS and so the support team was established to provide the best service for clients and to make the most efficient use of PDMS' expert resource.
Helen has also made a significant contribution to the PDMS Quality Team, where she oversaw the company's successful certification to the new International Information Security Standard ISO 27001 (formerly BS7799), achieved in 2008.
Helen is a qualified PRINCE2 project management practitioner and holds the ITIL Foundation Certificate in Service Management.
