PDMS sponsors evening of entertainment in support of Hospice IOM and Rebecca House
With stunning views of Port Erin bay, Bradda Glen Restaurant and Tea Rooms recently hosted Castle Rushen High School’s Big Band in support of local charities Hospice IOM and Rebecca House.
Hospice IOM focuses their work on specialist palliative patient care, with most of the income coming from fundraising events, regular donations and legacies. Rebecca House is the Hospice’s purpose-built children’s wing offering a safe haven and home from home environment for children and their family.
PDMS were pleased to support the local charities, sponsoring the evening on Friday 24th June, 2016.
The event helped to raise almost £2,000 during the performances of the CRHS brass band, Mr Gareth Deakin and Southern Bells who all put on faultless performances.
It’s great to be able to provide sponsorship through local events in support of the Island’s charities with students, in particular to the students of Castle Rushen High School’s brass band who played a beautiful set on the night!
