This internationally recognised standard focuses on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction and specifies that companies must have systems in place to provide excellence in all areas of service. Over the past 12 months PDMS has undertaken a thorough review of its business systems and to achieve accreditation has undergone a series of internal and external audits. Chris Gledhill, managing director of PDMS, said: A lot of effort and hard work has been invested in this quality certification but we are already seeing the benefits. We now have a clearer vision of our systems and how we can continue to improve the business to deliver greater benefits to our clients.
