PDMS quality certification renewed to new ISO9001:2008 standard

We have recently undergone a major three year certificate renewal process of both our ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 quality systems with Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA). Our Quality Management System has been certified to the new ISO9001:2008 standard and we are one of the first software companies in the UK to attain registration to this recently updated standard .

In order to renew our certification, both our head office in the Isle of Man and our London office underwent an intensive 4 day audit by LRQA to examine our quality management and information management systems in great detail. PDMS first achieved quality certification in 2003 and continuous improvement to help deliver high levels of customer satisfaction remains an ongoing priority.
