Customers can access a selection of suppliers, providing end to end solutions. What services can PDMS provide under the Framework?Services in PDMS’ Procurement Lot 9 (Application Development) may include solution identification, design, development, implementation, data take-on, migration, integration and security; user training, maintenance and support, or managed and application service provider (ASP) service, for a range of applications. It may also cover the prototyping, configuring or tailoring of existing products and also include some goods and services. Who can use the Catalist Framework?OGCbuying.solutions’ remit extends across both central Government, and the wider public sector comprising central Government, local Government, health, education, devolved administrations, emergency services, defence, utilities and not for profit sectors. It also extends to devolved administrations and the local Government, health, education and emergency services in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. How do I place an order with PDMS via the framework?DirectlyOrders can be placed directly with suppliers, including PDMS, via telephone, email, fax or online ordering facilities where applicable. OnlineSimply log on to www.ogcbuyingsolutions.gov.uk to access all the information you will need for online procurement. In order to ensure that our frameworks are exclusively available to customers in the public sector, you will be required to register. Simply complete the registration form and you will receive a password and access details within 24 hours. Through ZanzibarAll of OGCbuying.solutions procurement arrangements are available to customers using the Zanzibar eMarketplace. Catalogue OrderingYou may order directly from the catalogue without competing your requirements if you can determine which supplier can deliver best value for money from the detail given in the catalogue or alternatively you may want to run a further competition.
